Bank Refund Advantage FAQs
Bank application process time
Once Keystone Tax Solutions has submitted your bank application to Refund Advantage, please allow 7-14 days for approval. Keystone Tax Solutions is not responsible for processing time.
Partners are not allowed to contact Refund Advantage
As the EFIN holder, Keystone Tax Solutions is responsible for contacting Refund Advantage for any issue that may occur.

If you signed a partnership agreement with Keystone Tax Solutions, you should not contact Refund Advantage.
How do I reprint a check?
You must log into RA and click on “Reprint Check” and select the customer that needs a new check.
How do I apply for my client an advance loan?
Your office MUST be approved to process advances for taxpayers.
Once aprroved you must apply for your client an advance when entering the client payment for your client. However, if you forget to apply for an advance loan for your client, you will NOT be able to go back and make changes to the clients bankk application.

What happens if I forget my password for RA?
Please be sure that you are logging in with your user name and not the EFIN. If you forget your password just click on the “Forgot Password” link and a link will be sent to your email so that you can reset it.
How to change address with RA?
If you are an ERO you can resubmitt your bank application with the updated address.
If you are a partner, Keystone Tax Solutions will update your address. Keystone Tax Solutions is not responsible for the processing time to update the address.
Trouble Printing Checks
When printing checks, we will suggest using the same computer, however, make sure your printers are online, if not the computer will not be able to pick up the printer in order to print checks. This will also cause this error. If you have done all these things, try shutting down your computer
Change Product Type
If the taxpayer wants to change how they receive their funds, Keystone Tax Solutions will submit changes to RA. Please allow 24-48 hours to process. Keystone Tax Solutions is not responsible for processing time.
Audits
Refund Advantage conducts random audits during the tax season. Please be sure to collect all IRS required documents for all your clients in the event that your office is chosen for a random audit.
Check Reissue
To process a check reissue, please submit all voided checks to [email protected]. You should write void on the front and back of each check. Please allow 24-48 hours for the bank to process. Keystone Tax Solutions is not responsible for processing time.
Ordered Supplies
If you need more checks or money cards, you may order them through the RA portal. You may also track your shipment. All supplies will be shipped to the address submitted on your bank application. Keystone Tax Solutions is not responsible for processing time.
Rebates
Taxpayer’s funds have been released to a closed bank account
The taxpayer will need to submit the correct bank account information. Once the funds have been returned to RA, Keystone Tax Solutions will submit the corrected bank information. Please allow 24-72 hours to process request. Keystone Tax Solutions is not responsible for processing time.
