How to Invoice clients for NON Bank Product Fees

  1. Calculate invoice amount
Non Bank Product (Non BP = $25/ product)"
  1. Access weekly non bank product report on the payroll support file located on the drive
  2. Locate contact record in CRM
  3. Add order: Non Bank Product 25 or 39.99
  4. On Order Information Pay click on (non bank product) and update the number of non bank products
    1. VERIFY THE FEE
    2. AMOUNT SAVE
Send Order Item: Non Bank Product 25
(100 BP or below)
Add Order Item: Non Bank Product 39.99
(101 BP or above)
EDit Payment Plan:
Initial Pmt Date: Current Date (Today's Date)
Plan Start Date: Pmt Due Date (Tuesday of following week)"
  1. Preview Invoice
  2. Send Invoice: Use Template Below:

Hi Kevin Tillery, 

Your invoice for $50.00 is ready to be viewed. During Payroll Period 6.24 - 7.14, your office incurred (2) non bank product. Please take care of this balance as soon as you can! Non payment can result in software restrictions. Max Non Bank Product balance is $100. If account exceeds this limit your EFILE capabilities will be restricted until this balance is resolved. Each Partner should get the ""Non Renewal"" template which will only them to view and print returns. If you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call at 800-504-5170.

    Reports in CRM

    Non Bank Product (Payroll Outstanding): ALL Outstanding Non BP Invoices

    Non Bank Product: (Payments made for Non BP)
  2. Update Offices that incurred Non BP charges

    Filter on Payroll File on Col BE (Non BP Outstanding)

    # of Outstanding Non BP invoices should match payroll file WEEKLY
    Ex 74 offices needs 74 invoices in CRM

    Delete Invoices for those offices that are NOT on payroll file because THAT means that their Non BP charges were paid through payroll funds. No Invoice Needed.”

If Non Bank Product invoices are $100 or more. Restrict access to this office until the balance is paid in full. (Add Template Non BP Restriction in Keystone Software)

Contact office and inform them on this restriction until this balance is paid

Contract Holder should only have ONE Non BP invoice under there
