Follow Up Tasks/Appt: Inbound/ Outbound Call

1A. Existing Profile:

Search for the client by name, email, or phone number.

1B. New Profile:

If the client is not in the system, click the green plus next to the search box and enter the client’s name, email or phone number.

****Be sure to check the box “”I have permission to send marketing to this address.”””

2. Click the Get Started tab. Be sure to answer each question. If it is completed verify the information is accurate.

Also in the general tab section, put the person type.

3. Click tag section to add lead score and rating

4. After or during the call, click task and scroll down to the notes section.

Click Add Note and summarize the call with key and important details.

5. Click add task Always set a task to remember to follow up.

Sample Follow up schedule:

After sending demo 7 days
After one one one 3 days
After sending contract 7 days

Be sure to add action description, action date, action type, priority, and pop reminder.
The completion date should be blank until the task is completed.
  1. Click opportunity tab to change to appropriate opportunity and add the sales rep if you made contact with this client
